Working principle

ZS系列輕型直線振動篩是一種傳統(tǒng)、經(jīng)典、通用的篩分設(shè)備,其篩箱運(yùn)動軌跡近似為直線。一般地,各種直線振動篩均由篩箱、支承或吊掛裝置、驅(qū)動裝置、隔振裝置等幾部分組成。ZS系列輕型直線振動篩利用振動電機(jī)的激振力作為振動源,其工作原理為,兩臺同一型號和規(guī)格的振動電機(jī)作同步反向轉(zhuǎn)動,其所形成的、呈周期性交變的激振力驅(qū)動篩箱、帶動篩面,進(jìn)而使物料在篩網(wǎng)上被拋起,同時(shí)向前作跳躍式運(yùn)動,通過多層篩網(wǎng)產(chǎn)生數(shù)種規(guī)格的篩上物、篩下物,最后分別從各自的排料口排出,完成篩分作業(yè)。

ZS series light linear vibrating screen is a traditional, classical and universal screening equipment.The movement track of its screen box is close to straight line. A linear vibrating screen is consisted of the screen box, supporting or hanging device, driving device, vibration, etc.

ZS series light linear vibrating screen uses vibrating motor as vibration source. Its working principle is: Two rating motors rotate synchronously and backwardly, and the exciting force drives the screen box and the screen cloth, which makes the material throw up and linear movement forward on the screen deck.Finally, the undersize and oversize products are discharged through different screen to complete the screening operation.
