用途與簡介：

本生產(chǎn)線由全自動理瓶機、滾筒式洗瓶機、滅菌干燥機、眼藥水灌裝旋蓋機、立式貼標(biāo)機組成，可完成理瓶、水、氣的清洗、烘干及臭氧消毒、灌裝、加塞、旋蓋、貼標(biāo)等工序，主要用于眼藥水及其他小劑量溶液的聯(lián)線生產(chǎn)，也可單機獨立使用。*符合GMP要求。

特點：

本機組設(shè)計結(jié)構(gòu)合理，運行穩(wěn)定、灌裝精度高，具國內(nèi)同行業(yè)*水平。*符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

眼藥水灌裝旋蓋機已是我公司的第三代產(chǎn)品，人機界面控制，蠕動泵灌裝，

無瓶不灌裝、無塞不上蓋，無瓶無塞可自動停機的功能。

Brief Introduction：

This production line consist of Automatic Bottle Unscrambler, Bottle Washing Machine, Tunnel Type Sterilization Drier, eyedrop filling machine, Vertical Labeling machine, can complete bottle sorting, water,and gas cleaning, drying and ozone disinfection, filling, plugging, capping, labeling, mainly used in eyedrops and other small doses of solution, also can be used single independently.　Meet the GMP requirement.

2.eyedrop filling capping machine is a third generation product, human-machine interface operation, filling by peristaltic pump
