食外源性污染、交叉污染是無菌或某些微生物受限領域（如純化水系統、注射水系統、配液系統、純蒸汽系統）導致質量事故頻發(fā)的重要因素。
“柏康"隔斷閥具有雙作用密封形式，擋片的金屬密封可以防止液體或氣（汽）體的倒流；存水設置可以防止空氣（標準大氣壓時）的倒流。

	1、水封時間久了會滋生微生物; Water seal for a long time will breed microorganisms; 2、當閥門開啟，下游壓力大于上游壓力時會形成倒灌，造成上游污染。 When the valve is opened and the downstream pressure is greater thanthe upstream pressure, a backward flow will be formed, resulting in upstream pollution.
	1、當罐1或罐2清洗完畢，閥門處于開啟狀態(tài)，而罐3開始清洗時污水可能對罐1、罐2形成2次污染;; When the tank 1 or tank 2 is cleaned, the valve is in an open state, andsewage may pollute the tank 1 or tank 2 twice when the tank 3 starts cleaning. 2、當罐處于負壓狀態(tài)時，極易從密封不良閥門吸入排放管道的污染物質; When the tank is under negative pressure, it is easy to suck pollutants from the discharge pipeline from the poorly sealed valve.

針對以上痛點，結合GMP相關法律法規(guī)、水系統、配液系統、純蒸汽系統等項目的實踐，柏康總結并開發(fā)出隔斷閥，如圖示:

具備二重密封保護，有效防止廢液及廢氣倒灌
It has double sealing protection to effectively prevent waste liquid and waste gas from flowing backward.
措施1、碟片以傾斜角度密封
1.1、避免傳統擋片式止回閥安裝不水平造成的密封不嚴密;
1.2、碟片質量很輕，相對彈簧式止回閥需要具備一定壓力才能開啟，而造成的排不盡;
1.3、當外源污水或氣體反沖時，碟片密閉更加嚴密。

措施2、設置分隔擋板形成水封
2.1、分隔擋板將入口與出口分隔成兩個腔體;
2.2、兩預留在底部的水形成密封，防止外源氣體倒灌。
