Since its foundation 63 years ago rectifiers have been included in the engineering and product range of JOVYATLAS. A large number of standard products and many tailor-made power supply systems which use rectifiers are currently in operation around the world. We differentiate between three fields:

Switched-mode rectifiers

In this market segment JOVYATLAS offers different power supplies employing switched-mode power supply technology in the performance range of 300 W to 8 kW. Because almost all these systems are parallel selectable, larger power can be realized without problems.

Thyristor rectifiers

JOVYATLAS offers thyristor rectifiers based on conventional analogue technology and modern, innovative digital technology. Whether for power stations, shipbuilding or simply in the field of automation – you will find that we can provide a tailor-made solution for every application.

Lamp rectifiers

JOVYATLAS offers lamp rectifiers in different technology and for different fields of application. All these technologies are suitable to supply xenon lamps, mercury vapour lamps or other mixed lamps with the necessary electrical power. Die Öl/Luft-Wärmetauscher werden hauptsächlich zur Ölkühlung in den Rücklaufleitungen von Hydrauliksystemen mit konstanten Lüfterantrieben eingesetzt.

Der Kühlerblock aus hochfestem Aluminium wird in einem Produktionssystem mit ausgereiftem Schweissverfahren gefertigt. Die spezielle Konfiguration der Flussrichtung erhöht die turbulente Strömung der Flüssigkeit und damit auch den Wärmeaustausch. Weitere spezielle Verwirbelungselemente auf dem Kühlerblock verbessern zusätzlich den Gesamtwirkungsgrad. Das Resultat ist eine kompakte, robuste Einheit und ein technisch ausgereiftes sowie fortschrittliches Produkt.

Die Wasser/Öl-Wärmetauscher der Serie MG werden im allgemeinen zur Kühlung von Hydrauliköl und anderen Flüssigkeiten eingesetzt. Sie haben ein Wassersystem mit 1, 2 oder 4 Kreisläufen und können mit Thermostat-Ventilen ausgestattet werden, was hilft, den Wasserverbrauch deutlich zu senken.

Applications

The WG 20 power supply/isolator feeds intrinsically safe 2-wire transmitters. It powers the transmitter and delivers the measured signal at high accuracy to the output. The WG 20 provides safe separation and high insulation from input to output and to power supply. Thanks to an additional current input it can be used as high-precision standard signal isolator for hazardous circuits. High supply voltage, favorable hazardous area specifications and the easy output signal selection allow for universal applications. New vacuum encapsulation technology offers optimum reliability, long-term stability and disruptive strength even under extreme ambient conditions.

Applications

The LED on-site indication is for use in the whole range of measurement technics where the standard signal of 4..20 mA is available. The display can be adjusted continuously, ensuring good readability of the 7-segment LED display from any viewing angle. The 3-button control panel makes it easy to assign display parameters.

Applications

Contact protection relays increase the switching safety and the switching performance of electromechanical limit value switches and reduce the contact load of same. The service life of the contact is considerably increased because in the range of 99%, these open and close under tension free conditions owing to a pulse and pause ratio of 1 : 100. Fluttering is almost excluded due to a release delay of approx. 0.5s. Contact protection relays are available for single and double contacts as well as for double contacts in an interval circuit. The relay output switches as a potential-free changeover contact (one per channel). It can be used, for example, for actuating control devices.
