Application of Acrel-3000 Power Management System in Philips Co., Ltd.

摘要:本文主要介紹了飛利浦電子技術(shù)(上海)有限公司采用安科瑞智能電力儀表及Acrel-3000電能管理系統(tǒng)對(duì)配電監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行改造,通過(guò)總線型組網(wǎng)方式,把數(shù)據(jù)上傳至后臺(tái),進(jìn)行智能化組網(wǎng)。系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了分散式采集和集中控制管理的智能化、數(shù)字化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化電能管理。

Abstract: This article introduces the application of Acrel-3000 power management system in the power distribution monitoring system.Through the bus-type networking mode, the data is uploaded to the background for intelligent networking. The system realizes the intelligent, digital and networked electric energy management of distributed collection and centralized control management.

飛利浦電子技術(shù)有限公司電能管理系統(tǒng)針對(duì)高、低壓配電監(jiān)測(cè)改造設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)Acrel-3000電能管理系統(tǒng),為用戶提供一套先進(jìn)、實(shí)用的用電管理、分析工具。提供實(shí)時(shí)及歷史數(shù)據(jù)分析、對(duì)比功能,以發(fā)現(xiàn)能源消耗過(guò)程和結(jié)構(gòu)中存在的問(wèn)題,建立企業(yè)能耗評(píng)估、管理體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)合理用電、節(jié)約用電,提高企業(yè)能源效率水平。

The Electric Energy Management System of Philips Electronic Technology Co. , Ltd. is designed for high and low voltage power distribution monitoring. Acrel-3000 electric energy management system provides users with a set of advanced and practical electric power management and analysis tools. The function of real-time and historical data analysis and comparison is provided to find out the problems existing in the process and structure of energy consumption, to establish the evaluation and management system of energy consumption of enterprises, to realize rational and economical use of electricity and to improve the level of energy efficiency of enterprises.

ACREL-3000 power management system Introduction

Acrel-3000型電能管理系統(tǒng)對(duì)變配電系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行分散數(shù)據(jù)采集和集中監(jiān)控管理。對(duì)配電系統(tǒng)的二次設(shè)備進(jìn)行組網(wǎng),通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)和通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò)將分散的配電所的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備連接為一個(gè)有機(jī)的整體,實(shí)現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控和集中管理。

Acrel-3000 energy management system provides decentralized data acquisition and centralized monitoring and management of the substation and distribution system. It is paramount important that the safety of the projects in the application of power distribution facilities.This article introduces the application of Acrel-3000 energy management system can realize real-time monitoring of power supply and distribution circuits in power distribution rooms.It can not only display the power consumption status of the loop, but also has the function of network communication, and can form an electric energy management system with serial server, computer, etc.The system realizes the analysis and processing of the collected data, real-time display of the operation status of the distribution circuits in the distribution room, pop-up alarm dialog, voice prompt for load exceeding limits, and generates various electric energy reports, analysis curves, graphics, etc., which is convenient for remote meter reading, analysis and research of electric energy.The system is safe, reliable and stable in operation, providing a true and reliable basis for industrial projects to solve power problems, and has achieved good benefits.
