Reaction characteristics：
Pyrene azide 2，中芘是是一種紫外激發(fā)的熒光染料，淡黃色單斜晶體（純品無色），具有異常長的激發(fā)態(tài)壽命（>100納秒）。這一特性使其可用于時間分辨熒光免疫測定。芘染料還形成激發(fā)態(tài)二聚體（激發(fā)體），其熒光發(fā)射波長比單體長。該特性已用于蛋白質(zhì)相互作用研究。
Matters for use：
