高剪切乳化罐是目前國(guó)內(nèi)乳品、飲料、食品等行業(yè)的混合設(shè)備。本優(yōu)公司生產(chǎn)的高剪切混合乳化機(jī)引進(jìn)了技術(shù)，具有的攪拌結(jié)構(gòu)，與眾不同的混合乳化功能。

原理和特性：本機(jī)攪拌器由緊密配合的轉(zhuǎn)子和定子兩部份組成，轉(zhuǎn)子高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，定子則固定不動(dòng)。高速乳化頭工作時(shí)將轉(zhuǎn)子中心的物料高速拋向定子，通過(guò)定子的齒間隙，在轉(zhuǎn)子和定子之間通過(guò)剪切、碰撞、粉碎而達(dá)到乳化的目的。是集混合、乳化、均質(zhì)、溶解、粉碎等功能于一體的設(shè)備。

This tank has its own agitation with the sealing pairing of rotor and stator to ensure that the materials can be cut in high speed of near one million per minute.And any one can be chosen among three stators in this structure.

本機(jī)使用方便，操作靈活，有單層、雙層保溫，夾層等三種結(jié)構(gòu)。

It can be made to be single layer，double layers，three layers.
