本機殺菌溫度介于巴氏和超高溫之間，工藝參數(shù)為5℃→65℃（均質(zhì)）→120℃（15S）→25℃5℃?？捎糜谂Ｄ?、花色奶、葡萄酒、豆奶、乳飲料或類似產(chǎn)品進行連續(xù)殺滅菌。可連接分離機、均質(zhì)機、閃蒸脫氣等設(shè)備。

This HTST stands between the pasteurizer and the UHT，the production procedures are as following：5℃→65℃（homogenization）→120℃（15S）→25℃/5C.can be used for continuous sterilization of milk，flavored milk，wine，soy milk，milk drink or similar products，also can be connected with separator，homogenizer and flash degasser etc.

半自動配置：英國斯派莎克減壓閥，寶德或斯派莎克溫控系統(tǒng)，德國朗博溫度傳感器，安東無紙溫度記錄儀，意大利高德熱水泵，西門子LOGO控制，溫度控制精度士0.5度.

Semi-automatic control:UK Spirax sarco steam pressure reduce valve，German Burkert or spirax sarco temperaturecontrol system，German Labom temperature transducer，Anthone temperature recorder without paper，Italy hot water pump；Siemens LOGO control，the precision of temperature control is ±0.5 degree.
