主要特點(diǎn)
主要功能 于瓷葫蘆瓶丸劑的計(jì)數(shù)包裝（理瓶-數(shù)粒-壓蓋-集瓶）。
物料無(wú)損傷 下料、出料均勻平穩(wěn)，*的分瓶切換結(jié)構(gòu)，不損傷物料，保證裝瓶準(zhǔn)確。
防止碰撞 從瓷瓶上料后，經(jīng)過(guò)理瓶-定位-灌裝-壓蓋等全過(guò)程確保瓷瓶不出現(xiàn)碰碎現(xiàn)象，不傷瓶。
防止堵藥 特殊結(jié)構(gòu)的漏嘴，能防止堵藥，瓶口小的藥瓶也能快速裝瓶。
檢測(cè)功能 具有無(wú)瓶不數(shù)、碎粒自動(dòng)剔除、出錯(cuò)藥瓶自動(dòng)剔除，故障自檢等多項(xiàng)檢測(cè)報(bào)警控制功能。
全線聯(lián)動(dòng) 下位機(jī)故障自動(dòng)報(bào)警，上位機(jī)自動(dòng)停機(jī)。
成 本 低 占地面積小，能耗低，節(jié)省人工。
