Germany KAYSEN imported plastic electric diaphragm pump overview
Plastic electric diaphragm pump, Germany Kaisen cycloid reducer transmission, through the crankshaft slider mechanism to drive double diaphragm for reciprocating motion, so that the working chamber volume alternay change in order to achieve the liquid inhalation and discharge. At the same time, in recent years due to the diaphragm material has made a breakthrough, greatly extending the life of the diaphragm, it is more and more widely replaced part of the centrifugal pump, screw pump used in petrochemical, ceramics, metallurgical and other industries.

main feature:

● No water, self-priming capacity of 7 meters.
● through the performance is good, the diameter of 10 mm below the particles, mud, etc. can be effortlessly through.
● pump body flow through the part, according to user requirements, divided into cast iron, stainless steel, aluminum, motor is divided into ordinary and explosion-proof two.
● Since the diaphragm will be separated from the conveying medium and the transmission part, the medium will never leak outwards. And the pump itself without shaft seal, greatly extend the service life. According to different media, the diaphragm can be divided into chloroprene rubber, Dingqing rubber, fluorine rubber, PTFE, etc., can meet the requirements of different customers.

main application:

● pump pickles jam, mashed potatoes, chocolate and so on.
● Pump suction paint, gum, pigment binder.
● With the pump for the tanker barge clearance to absorb the sewage inside the warehouse and the remaining oil.
● as a variety of pressure filter before the pressure device.
Hot water recovery and circulation.
● tankers, oil depots, oil handling.
● hops and baking powder slurry, syrup, molasses.
● Pumping wells, tunnels, tunnels, sewers, sewage, sediment.
● all kinds of porcelain glaze pulp, cement grouting, mortar, mud.
● all kinds of rubber latex, organic solvents, fillers.
● the absorption of various special media.
● A variety of highly toxic, flammable, volatile liquid.
● all kinds of strong acid, alkali, strong corrosive liquid.
● can transport higher temperature media 150 ℃.
