進(jìn)口臥式端吸不銹鋼離心泵結(jié)構(gòu)：
1、水泵采用為單級(jí)單吸離心泵，軸向進(jìn)水，經(jīng)向出水，泵殼地步與底座固定。
2、整體式泵軸，采用油脂潤(rùn)胡的導(dǎo)向深溝球軸承。
3、泵與電機(jī)之間采用半彈性聯(lián)軸器相連。
4、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)型密封為長(zhǎng)壽面、耐磨機(jī)械密封。
臥式端吸不銹鋼離心泵特點(diǎn)：
1、采用后拉式結(jié)構(gòu)，維修時(shí)無(wú)須拆除泵殼及管路。
2、所有泵型采用4種泵軸，*地提高了零件的互換性，且軸采用火焰校直，消除軸內(nèi)部應(yīng)力，提高了軸封的壽命。
3、所有葉輪均經(jīng)過(guò)二次切削，已滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)的實(shí)際需要。
4、葉輪前后均有耐磨口環(huán)，方便水泵的維護(hù)，提高了泵殼和葉輪的壽命，對(duì)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間維持水泵的高效率提供了保證。
5、可選配易拆卸聯(lián)軸器，方便客戶(hù)在不移動(dòng)電機(jī)的情況下，對(duì)水泵進(jìn)行維護(hù)。
