工作原理以及結(jié)構(gòu)：

旋蝸殼泵是由泵體、支架體、蓋、軸、上軸承部件、下軸承部件、葉輪、吸入彎管和底座，其中支架體位于泵體頂部，吸入彎管和底座位于泵體底部，泵軸、上軸承部件和下軸承部件位于支架體內(nèi)，葉輪位于泵體內(nèi)，吸入彎管和底座為一體式結(jié)構(gòu)，上軸承部件和下軸承部件分別通過螺栓固定在支架體內(nèi)，支架體通過螺栓連接在泵體頂部。

立式蝸殼泵將吸入彎管與底座合為一個(gè)零件，增大了吸入彎管的強(qiáng)度與剛度，能夠承受更大的流動(dòng)介質(zhì)的作用力，降低泵體的振動(dòng);泵蓋與支架體合為一個(gè)零件，結(jié)構(gòu)簡化，便于維護(hù)檢修;上、下軸承部件可一起從支架體中取出，便于維護(hù)檢修。

The working principle and structure of vertical single stage single suction volute pump:

Rotary volute pump is composed of a pump body, a support body, cover, shaft, bearing parts, bearings, impeller, suction elbow and the base, the bracket body is positioned at the top of the pump body, suction elbow and the base is located at the bottom of the pump body, pump shaft, bearing parts and bearing parts in the bracket body, the impeller is located the pump body, suction elbow and the base is an integral structure, the upper bearing member and the lower bearing parts are respectively fixed on the bracket body through bolts. The bracket body is connected to the top of the pump body by bolts.

Vertical volute pump suction elbow and the base are combined as a part, increasing the suction bend strength and stiffness, force can withstand greater flow of media, to reduce the vibration of the pump body; the pump cover and the bracket of a body parts, simple structure, convenient maintenance and repair; upper and lower bearing parts can be go out of the bracket body, convenient in maintenance and repair.
