1、整機(jī)懸臂式設(shè)計(jì)將加工區(qū)與動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)區(qū)*隔離且外形整潔，拆裝清洗簡(jiǎn)便，實(shí)現(xiàn)了從粉體到顆粒的潔凈密閉式生產(chǎn)。

3、所有與藥物接觸部分（工作腔）密閉獨(dú)立，密封均采用雙級(jí)以上組合密封，且密封符合FAD要求，旋轉(zhuǎn)軸采用漏軸式結(jié)構(gòu)，將傳動(dòng)區(qū)與制粒區(qū)嚴(yán)格分開(kāi)，避免了傳動(dòng)區(qū)內(nèi)潤(rùn)滑油泄露進(jìn)制粒區(qū)的情況。

4、制粒系統(tǒng)安裝有多處傳感器及儀表，用于實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)化運(yùn)行，其安裝與設(shè)備內(nèi)部且采用不銹鋼材質(zhì)或其表面進(jìn)行防腐處理，符合GMP要求。
