進口耐腐蝕離心泵是按國際標準并結(jié)合非金屬泵的工藝設(shè)計制造。泵體采用金屬外殼內(nèi)襯聚全氟乙丙烯(F46)，泵蓋、葉輪和軸套均用金屬嵌件外包氟塑料整體燒結(jié)壓制而成，軸封采用外裝式的波紋管機械密封，靜環(huán)選用99.9%氧化鋁陶瓷(或氮化硅)，動環(huán)采用四氟填充材料，其耐腐耐磨密封性。泵的進出口均采用鑄鋼體加固，以增強了泵的耐壓性。實際使用顯示，德國漢克(HANK)離心泵具有耐腐、耐磨、耐高溫、不老化、機械強度高、運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、密封性能嚴格可靠、拆卸檢修方便、使用壽命長等優(yōu)點。

產(chǎn)品用途

1、汽車制造中的酸洗、噴漆工藝;

2、有色金屬冶煉中的電解液輸送;

3、離子膜燒堿項目中的氯水、廢水處理和加酸等工藝流程。

適用溫度

耐腐蝕離心泵適用于-20℃~100℃的工況條件，當使用溫度超過120℃時，泵葉輪需采用耐高溫材料，適宜連續(xù)輸送任意濃度的強酸、強堿、有機溶劑、強氧化劑等高危液態(tài)化學介質(zhì)。當輸送固體顆粒含量5%左右的液態(tài)腐蝕性介質(zhì)時，需配套耐腐耐磨機械密封。

設(shè)計特點

1、按國際標準設(shè)計，泵體采用金屬外殼內(nèi)襯氟塑料，葉輪及泵蓋均采用金屬嵌件外包氟塑料合金壓制成型，軸封采用的外裝式波紋管機械密封，靜環(huán)選用99.9%氧化鋁陶瓷，動環(huán)采用四氟填充材料(或根據(jù)特殊工況專配其他材質(zhì))，其特點是耐腐耐磨密封性好。

2、所有過流部件均采用氟塑料或氟塑料合金制造，耐腐蝕范圍廣?；w采用金屬制造，承壓能力強，軸封采用的外裝式波紋管機械密封，密封性能可靠。采用短支架直連結(jié)構(gòu)，葉輪軸與電機軸采用可靠的莫氏錐度傳遞扭矩，泵機占地面積小。
