ZP19　旋轉(zhuǎn)式壓片機

本機用以將各種顆粒狀原料壓制成圓型片劑，于小批量生產(chǎn)。其特點是轉(zhuǎn)盤上可裝19付沖模，旋轉(zhuǎn)一周即可壓制19片。轉(zhuǎn)盤速度　、物料的充填深度、壓片厚度均可調(diào)節(jié)。機上的機械緩沖裝置可避免過載而引起的機件損壞。機體一則配有吸粉箱，通過吸咀可吸限機器運轉(zhuǎn)時產(chǎn)生的粉塵，避免粘結(jié)堵塞。
本機曾獲國家醫(yī)藥管理局優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品獎。

　This machine is suitable for pressing round tables from varios kinds of granular materials,specially for smallscale batch production and dies,so 19 tablets will be pressed for each revolutin of theturret. During operation,the speed of the turret r-otation,the depth of the filling material and thethickness of the tablets unit will precent punches and apparatus from overload demage.A powder suctionunit is attached to take in the residual powder during operat-ion,so that the blockage by the residual powder can be eliminiated and the collected powder material can be reused.
