將混合、煉制均勻的藥料膏坨送入制丸機(jī)料斗中，通過翻板翻轉(zhuǎn)擠壓，在推進(jìn)器的作用下，藥條由兩側(cè)料嘴擠出。當(dāng)藥條到達(dá)一定長(zhǎng)度時(shí)，由自動(dòng)切刀切斷，再由分配器以每秒一次的速度將藥條送入搓滾。滾刀的位置和輸送帶松緊可分別通過微調(diào)裝置進(jìn)行調(diào)整，改變丸粒大小和重量，操作方便。
