該機(jī)是我廠研制的西林瓶（水）粉針劑藥品灌裝后全全自動(dòng)軋蓋設(shè)備。運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，安全可靠，生產(chǎn)效率高。采用日本進(jìn)口調(diào)頻器，可變頻調(diào)節(jié)產(chǎn)量。轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)圓盤自動(dòng)送瓶，連續(xù)自動(dòng)送蓋、扣蓋。鎖口壓力自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)，不易碎瓶。本機(jī)即可單機(jī)使用，也可以與灌裝機(jī)等設(shè)備組成流水生產(chǎn)線。

Application and Characteristics:

This machine which is the new generation sealing equipment was studied and developed by ourselves. It is used to automatic lock and seal vials after filled with powder. The equipment is safety and reliability, operates smoothly and upgrades efficiency of work.

The machine use Japanese frequency modulation. It may be assorted with production lines of different capacity, because of frequency regulation speed regulator mounted. Round vial pallet sets vial automatically, provides and locks cap continuously. The machine can adjust pressure of the locking mouth; therefore it is able to keep the vial intact.

The machine can be used single and be also used in productive line with others.
