本機(jī)的主要特點(diǎn)是:
1、使用PLC與變頻調(diào)速使整機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)程序控制，采用方錐形料斗繞著對(duì)稱軸旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，物料在料斗中產(chǎn)生不對(duì)稱、多方向、多維運(yùn)動(dòng)，回轉(zhuǎn)體(混合料斗)與回轉(zhuǎn)軸線成30°夾角，混合料斗中的物料隨回轉(zhuǎn)體翻動(dòng)外，同時(shí)沿斗壁做切向運(yùn)動(dòng)，產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈的翻轉(zhuǎn)和高速的切向運(yùn)動(dòng)，從而達(dá)到的混合效果。。
