結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、緊湊、流體阻力小，可制造大型設(shè)備。但耐壓、耐溫較塊孔式低。適用于非強(qiáng)列沖擊、振動(dòng)較小的場(chǎng)合，并以作冷卻（冷凝）器為好。
　　本設(shè)備分I型和II型。I型不帶氣液分離器II型帶氣液分離，作冷凝器時(shí)用選用II型。
　　本設(shè)備一般由2/2毫米擠壓石墨2管組裝。也可生產(chǎn)由5/7、6、0毫米石墨管組裝的換熱器。
　　浮動(dòng)管板的外圓密封圈一般用盤根密封，也可用O型橡膠密封圈。

The product has simple and compact structure and small fluic resistance.We can manufacture large equipment of this model,of course,it"s abilities of pressure-resistance and heat-resistance are lower than the Block Type graphite heat exchanger"s,so it is suit for the situation of the no strong shock and smaller vibration,it"s best to be used as a cooler(condenser).
These equipments are divided into model I and II.
The model I hasn"t the gas-liquid seperator.and the model II has it.The condenser must use model II.
General,these type equipments are manufactured by φ25/φ32mm suppressed graphite tube,also made up of φ25/φ37 of φ36/φ50mm suppressed graphite tube.
The external-circle of the floating tube plate or dinary use the twistion-roots to be sealed,also use the "O" shape rubber sealingcircle.
