3JK型矩形塊式換熱器由矩形石墨封頭、石墨換熱器及其間的密封墊片等迭裝組成。因換熱塊僅承受壓力并為整體結(jié)構(gòu)、無膠結(jié)縫，因而結(jié)構(gòu)強度較高，抗沖擊性良好。
　　水封側(cè)板為鑄鐵板，檢修裝拆簡便。也可制成雙向防腐結(jié)構(gòu)。該設(shè)備可作加熱器、冷卻器、冷凝器，物料流程可為1-4流程。
