將鹽酸生產(chǎn)中的HCL氣合成，吸收與冷卻三個(gè)程序合并到一臺(tái)設(shè)備上完成，是華新牌三合一合成爐的特點(diǎn)。
本設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、體積小、生產(chǎn)率高、產(chǎn)品酸純度高、結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度大、易于控制、具有較高的合成、吸收、冷卻的綜合容積效率和較高的吸收強(qiáng)度，并可大大簡化生產(chǎn)流程，可直接獲得35%以上的工業(yè)純甚至試劑鹽酸。
　　本廠已生產(chǎn)1-50t/d（35%HCL）不同規(guī)格的本型合成爐，并可按用戶要求設(shè)計(jì)，制造更大規(guī)格的本型合成爐。需要進(jìn)一步資料時(shí)函索即寄。
