主要用途    

本機(jī)用以將各種顆粒狀原料壓制成圓形片，是適合批量生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的基本設(shè)備。其結(jié)構(gòu)為雙壓式，有兩套加料器裝置和兩套壓輪。轉(zhuǎn)盤上可裝33付沖模旋轉(zhuǎn)一周即可壓制66片。壓片時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)盤速度，物料的充填深度、壓片厚度均可調(diào)節(jié)。機(jī)上的機(jī)械緩行裝置可避免因過載而引起的機(jī)件損壞。機(jī)內(nèi)配有吸粉裝置，通過吸嘴可吸取機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)所產(chǎn)生的粉塵，避免粘結(jié)堵塞，并可回收原料重新使用。
