工作原理                                                          

本機采用了風(fēng)輪式高速旋轉(zhuǎn)刀，定刀進行沖擊、剪切研磨，不但粉碎效果好，而且粉碎時機腔內(nèi)產(chǎn)生了強力的氣流，把粉碎室的熱量和成品一起從篩網(wǎng)流出，粉碎細度可更換篩網(wǎng)來決定。本機組利用活動齒盤與固定齒盤間的相對運動，使物料經(jīng)齒盤沖擊、摩擦及物料彼此間沖擊而獲得粉碎。粉碎好的物料4旋轉(zhuǎn)離心力的作用，自動進入捕集袋，粉塵由吸塵箱經(jīng)布袋過濾回收。
