VH55L2L0.25kw24r/min560×270×5602kgVH88L3.2L0.25kw24r/min610×280×7402.5kgV1414L5.6L0.37kw20r/min780×350×8505kg  Product introduction: This product is a v-shaped efficient asymmetric hybrid machine, it is used in the chemical industry, food, medicine, feed, ceramics, metallurgy field powder or makings shape material mixing. The structure is reasonable, is simple, the operation airtight, access to materials convenient, （artificially or vacuum charging） barrel made of stainless steel, easy cleaning, is one of enterprise's foundation equipments. VH - 14 v-shaped small mixer, drug mixer introduction and features: A, summary:The machine is suitable for pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff dry powder, granule outfit to mix the raw materials. This machine mixing tube structure is unique, mixing, high efficiency, not accumulate material. The machine is simple in structure, easy to operate. Outside surface and part contacting materials adopts high quality stainless steel to make, beautiful modelling, maintain, clean easily.Second, principle and structure:This machine is equipped with end motor and reducer, motor power through belt to reducer, gear reducer again through united GuoQi to V type bucket. Make v-shaped barrels of continuous operation, driving the barrel materials in barrel up, down, left, right mix. Three, use and maintenance:1, installation: to mechanical placed smoothly, pack good machine feet, cushion flat, make the mechanical energy function properly.2, before use shall be refuel in oil, then add good no-load running, check the fastener whether become loose, electrical, mechanical whether whether normal operation, if there are any complications, undertake refurbishment and debugging.3, will turn to the top, feeding mouth open charging cap to be charging, add shoes do not exceed the specified volume, then appears charging cover, start the machine in motion, if discovery is unusual, on the way to stop check.4, after work or replace varieties must take the hopper inside and outside is rinsed clean.
