數(shù)控系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)是國家戰(zhàn)略性的高技術產(chǎn)業(yè)，數(shù)控技術是關系國家安全、裝備制造業(yè)振興的核心技術。

　　“十一五”期間，中國國產(chǎn)中檔數(shù)控系統(tǒng)國內*只有35%，而高檔數(shù)控系統(tǒng)95%以上依靠進口，中國數(shù)控系統(tǒng)與數(shù)控機床的發(fā)展長期呈現(xiàn)“兩張皮”的現(xiàn)象比較突出，兩者沒有形成互相支持、互相促進和共同進步的局面，也沒有形成開發(fā)與應用產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟和利益共同體的戰(zhàn)略合作關系。這不僅制約中國數(shù)控機床產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展和市場競爭力，更制約了中國數(shù)控系統(tǒng)行業(yè)的發(fā)展。

　　根據(jù)*發(fā)布的《機床工具行業(yè)“十二五”發(fā)展規(guī)劃》，預計“十二五”期間我國機床工具市場消費額將平穩(wěn)增長，平均年增長率將超過10％，到2015年，年消費額將近8500億元左右，數(shù)控系統(tǒng)需求約40萬臺套。數(shù)控機床年產(chǎn)量超過25萬臺，國內*達到70％以上；機床工具產(chǎn)品出口仍將保持平穩(wěn)、持續(xù)增長。預計到2015年機床工具產(chǎn)品出口總額將達到110億美元左右。
