                                                     實(shí)際使用中的ZLG系列振動(dòng)流化床干燥機(jī)

        ZLG振動(dòng)流化床干燥機(jī)廣泛適用于化工、輕工、醫(yī)藥、食品、塑料、糧油、礦渣、制鹽、糖等行業(yè)的粉料顆粒狀物料的干燥、冷卻、增濕等作業(yè)。

The drier is suitablity in chemical industry,light industry, pharmaceutical, food, plastic, oil, slang, salt, sugar and so on, for drying, cooling and weting.

原理   Principle

         物料自進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入機(jī)內(nèi)，在振動(dòng)力作用下，物料沿水平方向拋擲向前連續(xù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，熱風(fēng)向上穿過(guò)流化床同濕料換熱后，濕空氣經(jīng)旋風(fēng)分離器除塵后由排風(fēng)口排出，干燥物料由排料口排出。

Raw material is fed into the machine and moves forward continuously along with the level of fluidized-bed under the action of vibration. The hot air passes through fluidized-bed and carries out heat exchange with damp raw material. Then the damp air is exhausted out through cyclone separator and the dry raw material is discharged through discharge outlet.

特點(diǎn)   Features

 ◎  振動(dòng)源是采用振動(dòng)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)，維修方便，噪音低，壽命長(zhǎng),維修方便。

 ◎  熱效率高，比一般干燥裝置可節(jié)能30%以上。床層溫度分布均勻，無(wú)局部過(guò)熱現(xiàn)象，流態(tài)化勻稱，*現(xiàn)象。

 ◎  可調(diào)性好，適應(yīng)面寬，料層厚度和在機(jī)內(nèi)移動(dòng)速度以及全振幅變更均勻可實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)。

 ◎  對(duì)物料表面的損傷小，可用于易碎物料的干燥，物料顆粒不規(guī)則時(shí)亦不影響工作效果。

 ◎  采用全封閉式的結(jié)構(gòu)，有效地防止了物料與空氣間交叉感染作業(yè)環(huán)境清潔。

 ◎  當(dāng)用于高水分物料大批量生產(chǎn)時(shí)，可采用多臺(tái)串聯(lián)的方式以達(dá)到用戶要求(典型物料：如聚丙烯酰胺等)。

 ◎  The vibration created by motor is stable in operation and convenient in maintenance, low noise and long life.

 ◎  High effection,raw material is heates evenly and heated evenly and heat exdhange is fully used and dry capacity is high. Compared with ordinary drier, the energy can be saved about 30%.

 ◎  It is good in regulation and wide in suitablity. The thickness of raw material layer and movable speed inside the maching and the amolitude can be adjusted through continous variable speed.

 ◎  It is small for damaging the surface of raw material. The equipment can be used for drying raw materials that are easy broken. The drying effect can not affected even if raw materials have irregular shape.

 ◎  A fully enclosed structure, effectively prevent the material and the air space between the cross infection of the working environment clean.

 ◎  You can string multi-srt to raise capacity of raw materials, if the raw material contain high moisture such as polyacrylamide.
