概述   Description

    CT-C型系列熱風(fēng)循環(huán)烘箱配用低噪音耐高溫軸流風(fēng)機(jī)和自動(dòng)控溫系統(tǒng)，整個(gè)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)全封閉，使烘箱的熱效率從傳統(tǒng)的烘房3~7%提高到目前的35~45%，zui高熱效率可達(dá)50%。CT-C型熱風(fēng)循環(huán)烘箱的設(shè)計(jì)成功，使我國(guó)的達(dá)到了國(guó)內(nèi)外*水平，為我國(guó)節(jié)約了大量能源，提高了企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。1990年由國(guó)家醫(yī)藥管理局發(fā)布了行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，統(tǒng)一型號(hào)為RXH。
 

CT-C series hot air circulation drying oven uses a low noise and high temperature proof axial flow blower and an automatic temperature control system. The whole circulation system is the fully enclosed to make that the heat efficiency of the drying oven increases from 3~7% of the traditional drying oven to 35~45% of the present one. The highest heat efficiency can reach 50%. The successful design of CT-Chot air circulation drying oven makes that the hot air circulation drying oven in our country catch the advanced level both at home and abroad. In order to save a large quantity of the energy in out country, in order to enhance the economic results of the enterprises, in 1990, the medicine management bureau of the State issued the industry standard and the uniform type is RXH.

說(shuō)明   Explanation

一、加熱源有蒸汽、電、遠(yuǎn)紅外、汽電兩用，供用戶(hù)選擇。
二、使用溫度：蒸汽加熱50-130℃，zui高140℃。
三、用電、遠(yuǎn)紅外溫度50-300℃，可配套自控系統(tǒng)或電腦控制系統(tǒng)，供用戶(hù)選擇。
四、常用蒸汽壓力0.2-0.8mpa(2-8kg/cm2)。
五、配用電加熱按1型計(jì)算15kw，實(shí)用5-8kw/h。
六、特殊要求在定貨時(shí)表明。
七、非標(biāo)烘箱價(jià)格面議。
八、使用溫度大于140℃或小于60℃，要在定貨時(shí)注明。
九、本廠出廠的烘車(chē)，烘盤(pán)尺寸統(tǒng)一，可以互換。
十、烘盤(pán)尺寸：460*640*45mm。

5. For CT-C-I, electric heated, rated power consumption:15Kw, real consumption: 5-8Kw.

8. For operation temperature of over 140 ℃ or less than 60 ℃, please indicate when order.
9. The ovens and baking trays made by our factory are uniform in dimensions,and can be exchanged each other.

    適用于制藥、化工、食品、農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品、水產(chǎn)品、輕工、重工等行業(yè)物料及產(chǎn)品的加熱固化、干燥脫水。如原料藥、生藥、中藥飲片、浸膏、粉劑、顆粒、沖劑、水丸、包裝瓶、顏料染料、脫水蔬菜、瓜果干、香腸、塑料樹(shù)脂、電器元件、烘漆等。
 

This drying oven is suitable for the material and product hot solidification and dry de-watering in the pharmaceutical,chemical,food,farming,side-product, aquatic product,light industries,heavy industries and others industries.Such as:raw material medicine,crude drug,prepared herbal medicine of Chinese traditional medicine,plaster,powder,particle,drinking agent,pill,packing bottle,pigment,dyestuff,de-watering vegetable,dried fruit piece,sausage,plastics,resin,electric component,baking varnish and etc.

    可配套各種干燥設(shè)備使用，規(guī)格品種多樣，使用材質(zhì)有：鋁合金、不銹鋼、A3鋼表面涂鋅、鋼鋁復(fù)合、銅制、鋼管鋁繞片。另外，散熱器可單獨(dú)用于室內(nèi)及庫(kù)房的加熱除濕，我廠可為用戶(hù)設(shè)計(jì)制作。
