B.ZJN-II塑料注射成型機(jī)是我公司在第二代塑料注射成型機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上吸收國(guó)內(nèi)外*技術(shù)，設(shè)計(jì)、研制成功的。B.ZJN-II塑料注射成型機(jī)及模具采用雙模式交替成型，工作效率更高；B.ZJN-II塑料注射成型機(jī)在工人操作合模時(shí)，需要兩只手同時(shí)各按下兩只合模按鈕，避免手伸進(jìn)快速合模的模具中間，起到更安全保護(hù)作用。

采用螺桿預(yù)塑、定量、限位加料，全液壓快慢速合模?？倝洪y采用雙比例式，應(yīng)力分配均勻，低壓保護(hù)精確，全行程流暢優(yōu)異。多段溫度控制、多段射出壓力、射速、背壓無極調(diào)整；有座進(jìn)座退功能，方便調(diào)模和清洗料管；鎖模力大，模具移動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，電氣聯(lián)鎖，注頭光滑美觀,安全可靠；具有占地面積?。恢饕考忾]式；模具拆裝方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

注肩模具：管子的直徑Φ12.7mm—Φ60 mm；形狀有橢圓形、圓形，也可根據(jù)客戶要求另行設(shè)計(jì)制造；螺紋形狀也可根據(jù)客戶要求設(shè)計(jì)制造。

Shouldder-injection mould : the diameter of tube is 12.7mm-60mm.with ellipse and round shape ,we can manufacture it according ot the customer’s needs and also can make screw shape.
