Fluorine plastic chemical pump for single-stage single-suction fluorine plastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump, according to international standards designed and combined with non-metallic pump processing technology design and production, Germany Hank chemical pump with corrosion resistance, wear resistance High temperature, no aging, high mechanical strength, no toxins decomposition, the use of wide temperature (transmission medium temperature of -85 ℃ -200 ℃) and so on.

Structural features

(F46), the impeller and the pump cover are made of metal inserts, and the plastic seal is made by using the outer ring of the fluoro plastic. The shaft seal adopts the outer type bellows mechanical seal, the static ring is selected to use 99.9% oxidation Aluminum ceramic or silicon carbide, dynamic ring using PTFE filler or silicon carbide. Its characteristics are advanced and reasonable structure of the pump, corrosion resistance, sealing performance is tight and reliable, stable, low noise, long service life.

Product Usage

Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, metallurgy, electricity, electroplating, pickling, pesticides, paper and other industries in the liquid transport, wastewater treatment and acid and other processes. The pump can transport any concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, strong alkali, strong oxidants, organic solvents and other corrosive media use, is one of the most advanced corrosion-resistant equipment.

GERMANY HANK PUMP LIMITED is founded on 1852 in Monchengladbach, which is located at one city in North Rhine in Germany, which is the west of Nordrhein-Westfalen. At the beginning of 1850s, as the rapid development of economic and the shortages of energy in Germany , the government had been in saving energy aspect. On this occasion, HANK Pump (Trouble Less Pump) was established.Hank pump is the world-famous transnational production enterprise, which produces high quality and advanced pump, measurement and control system, and which has its divisions and branches in dozens of countries in the global. The company products user involves the petroleum, the chemical industry, the electric power, the metallurgy, the drugs manufacture, food, the water treatment, the municipal administration to give draining water, the natural gas, the papermaking, the electronics industry, the building, the mechanical device necessary ect..

The conclusion of the pump concept in German Hank pump is resposibility, foresight, innovation. For ourselves resposibility, foresight and focusing on creating unprecendented solution and concept, our company has become the lead of pump manufacturer in the global.
