Plastic self-priming pump with enhanced polypropylene (CFR-PP) a plastic injection molding, with non-toxic, non-polluting, high mechanical strength, corrosion resistance and other characteristics. Self-priming pump structure has a unique scientific nature, the pump chamber with a liquid chamber, liquid storage room, back to the liquid check valve, gas-liquid separation chamber, return hole. Only in the first boot before the filling fluid, do not have to repeat the infusion after the introduction of fluid, in the suction medium, the liquid can be intermittent, off the liquid within 15 minutes to continue to suck, mechanical seal without additional Cooling water cooling, easy operation, safe and no leakage, is to replace the best pump under the product.
Features
Germany Hank (HANK) plastic self-priming pump with small size, light weight, simple structure, easy to use, high efficiency, long life. The pump cavity is smooth, the impeller is closed, the mechanical seal and the rubber ring seal are used. The whole shaft is made of stainless steel sleeve, which is suitable for the transportation of strong corrosive medium, especially strong acid, alkali and salt Class media delivery.
The main purpose
Engineering plastic self-priming pump is mainly used for conveying acid, alkali, salt and other corrosive liquids, but not for the delivery of a number of ABS engineering plastics have significant effects of chemicals such as aromatic hydrocarbons, aliphatic hydrocarbons, halogen and derivatives Acid and so on.
GERMANY HANK PUMP LIMITED is founded on 1852 in Monchengladbach, which is located at one city in North Rhine in Germany, which is the west of Nordrhein-Westfalen. At the beginning of 1850s, as the rapid development of economic and the shortages of energy in Germany , the government had been in saving energy aspect. On this occasion, HANK Pump (Trouble Less Pump) was established.Hank pump is the world-famous transnational production enterprise, which produces high quality and advanced pump, measurement and control system, and which has its divisions and branches in dozens of countries in the global. The company products user involves the petroleum, the chemical industry, the electric power, the metallurgy, the drugs manufacture, food, the water treatment, the municipal administration to give draining water, the natural gas, the papermaking, the electronics industry, the building, the mechanical device necessary ect..
The conclusion of the pump concept in German Hank pump is resposibility, foresight, innovation. For ourselves resposibility, foresight and focusing on creating unprecendented solution and concept, our company has become the lead of pump manufacturer in the global.
