工作原理

The product flows from the feed hopper (item 1 of fig 2) into a vibratory chute (item 2 of fig 2) where a perforated screen eliminates coarse dust and chips which are then collected in a collecting container (item 3 of fig 2)

The product enters the inspection stage in a single layer. The capsules and tablets are placed on rotating rollers (item 7 of fig 2) and are continuously turned in front of the operator which ensures a reliable all-sided inspection. An adjustable mirror (item 6 of fig 2) enables the operator to examine the far side of the product. Optionally the rotation speed of the inspection rollers is adjustable with a separate drive unit (refer to roller speed adjustment in fig 4), independent of the inspection speed (refer to conveying speed adjustment in fig 4).

Once the operator find defective tablets and capsules, the operator can use a flexible hand-held vacuum nozzle (item 9 in fig 2) to remove it. If there are lots of defective products appears all together in a short time, the operator can step on foot-pedal switch (item 14 of fig 2) to stop conveying, and then use hand-held vacuum nozzle to remove them one by one. Once the operator step on foot-pedal switch, the conveying is stopped, while the rollers are still rotating.

產(chǎn)品經(jīng)料斗進(jìn)入振動(dòng)送料槽，以單層方式進(jìn)入檢驗(yàn)段，送料槽上的篩網(wǎng)除去產(chǎn)品中夾帶的顆粒和碎片，并由一粉盒收集。膠囊和藥片從送料槽均勻落到旋轉(zhuǎn)的滾軸上，在操作員前方連續(xù)翻滾和平移，可調(diào)式鏡子用來檢查產(chǎn)品的另一端，對(duì)產(chǎn)品的*檢查。當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)廢品時(shí)，踩動(dòng)腳踏開關(guān)，輸送及送料停止，用吸廢筆（按住釋放孔吸住廢品，將廢品防入廢品盒，松開釋放孔。滾軸的旋轉(zhuǎn)速度可單獨(dú)調(diào)節(jié)，不受檢驗(yàn)速度的影響。
