| 本機是本公司開發(fā)研制而成的一種單壓式自動旋轉連續(xù)壓片機器，它將顆粒狀原料壓制成各種普通片及異形片，主要應用于制藥工業(yè)的片劑生產(chǎn)，同時適用于化工、食品、電子、塑料、粉末冶金等工業(yè)部門。 外圍罩殼為全封閉，材料采用不銹鋼，符合GNP標準。 裝有透明玻璃觀察窗，能清楚地看到機器的工作情況且能全部打開，易于內(nèi)部清理和保養(yǎng)。 本機具有壓力大，能壓制普通，異形，環(huán)形等多種形狀片劑，特別適合多品種，小批量生產(chǎn)。 機電一體化，所有控制器及調(diào)節(jié)裝置集中于機體一側，易于操作。 配有壓力過載保護裝置，避免機器損壞。 采用油浸式潤滑的傳動機構，密閉在機體下方延長了使用壽命避免了交叉污染。 ZP9 is a new generation product by our factory, and this machine is a single Roller continuous automatic tablet press for pressing various kinds of different shape tablets and plain tablets It is mafnly used in pharmaceutical industry and also the chemical ,food,electronic industries.
