 本機(jī)是按藥品GMP要求設(shè)計(jì)制造，用于將顆粒原料壓制成片狀。此壓片機(jī)之zui大優(yōu)點(diǎn)即全封閉防塵，可*隔絕污染。本機(jī)除壓制圓形片外，還能壓制異形片、又層片、環(huán)形片等。同時(shí)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)噪音低、壓力大、過壓停機(jī)、避免機(jī)器受損。

　　This Rotary Tablet Machine is designed to meet GMP standard and for preessing tablets from various kind of granular materials.As its feature,the machine equips with dustprotection guards to avoid pollution perfectly.It can press not only round tablest but also double-layered and annular tablets.When overlord occurs,the machine stoops automatically to avoid the damage of the punch and apparatus.
其它特點(diǎn)：
1.用透明防護(hù)罩可以清楚地看到機(jī)械操作情形。且能全部打開易于內(nèi)外部清理保養(yǎng)。
2.轉(zhuǎn)速為無級變速，可任意調(diào)節(jié)。
3.根據(jù)需要選擇制片壓力，并能在壓力表上顯示出來。
4.按裝帶鍵衡桿即能壓制異型狀片劑。
5.配有壓制雙層片、環(huán)形片的軌道、壓輪等裝置，便可壓制雙層片、環(huán)形片。
6.可不停機(jī)而完成試車、調(diào)整工作。
7.室內(nèi)與物料接觸采用不銹觸采用不銹鋼材料或表面經(jīng)過特殊防腐處理。
