適用范圍   直接檢測(cè)：樣品如血清、血漿、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)物中的乳酸濃度。

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)    敏感、準(zhǔn)確: 96-孔板檢測(cè)范圍為0.05～2 mM乳酸，對(duì)于含有酚紅的細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)物樣品，檢測(cè)范圍為0.1 mM～1 mM 乳酸。方便: 僅需添加單一工作試劑并在開(kāi)始和20分鐘時(shí)讀取光密度。室溫下檢測(cè)，無(wú)須37℃加熱器。高通量: 通過(guò)96-孔板高通量的自動(dòng)化檢測(cè)，每天可以檢測(cè)上千份樣品。

Description   Lactate is generated by lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) under hypoxic or anaerobic conditions. Monitoring lactate levels is, therefore, a good indicator of the balance between tissue oxygen demand and utilization and is useful when studying cellular and animal physiology. Simple, direct and automation-ready procedures for measuring lactate concentration are very desirable. our EnzyChrom^TM lactate assay kit is based on lactate dehydrogenase catalyzed oxidation of lactate, in which the formed NADH reduces a formazan (MTT) reagent. The intensity of the product color, measured at 565 nm, is proportionate to the lactate concentration in the sample.

Applications    Direct Assays: lactate in serum, plasma, and cell media samples.

Key features    Sensitive and accurate. Detection limit of 0.05 mM and linearity up to 2 mM L-Lactate in 96-well plate assay. For cell culture samples containing phenol red: detection limit of 0.1 mM and linearity up to 1 mM L-Lactate in 96-well plate assay.Convenient. The procedure involves adding a single working reagent, and reading the optical density at time zero and at 20 min. Room temperature assay. No 37°C heater is needed.High-throughput. Can be readily automated as a high-throughput 96-well plate assay for thousands of samples per day.

Storage conditions. Store all reagents at -20°C. Shelf life of at least 6 months (see expiry dates on labels).
