大鼠血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞生長因子C（VEGF-C）ELISA試劑盒  96孔板病毒RNA純化試劑盒限制性片段長度多態(tài)性（restriction fragment length polymorphism,RFLP）分析技術(shù)是分子生物學(xué)的重要分析方法之一，用于檢測DNA序列多態(tài)性。PCR-RFLP 是將PCR 技術(shù)、RFLP 分析與電泳方法聯(lián)合應(yīng)用，先將待測的靶DNA 片段進行復(fù)制擴增，然后應(yīng)用DNA 限制性內(nèi)切酶對擴增產(chǎn)物進行酶切，zui后經(jīng)電泳分析靶DNA 片段是否被切割而分型。本實驗將應(yīng)用RFLP 分析技術(shù)檢測NMDA 受體中的GRIN2A 亞基基因3 號內(nèi)含子中的2 個SNP 位點rs17750303（A→C）和rs837690（A→G）。
