Rabbit Anti-Digoxin（Dig-BSA）抗體說明書

Background: Digoxin is a beta blocker drug originally derived from the foxglove plant, Digitalis lanata. Digoxin is used primarily to improve the pumping ability of the heart in congestive heart failure （CHF）, and treat problems such as high blood pressure. It is also used to help normalize some dysrhythmias （abnormal types of heartbeat）.

· Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.
Storage: Store at -20 ºC for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20ºC. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody, the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 ºC.
