本機的工作原理是物料進(jìn)入粉碎室在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的活動齒盤與固定齒盤受齒的沖擊
的作用下被粉碎，經(jīng)篩網(wǎng)篩選后即成為所需的粉料。
本粉碎機組的粉碎機及吸塵器均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼材料制成，經(jīng)*工藝加工粉碎
機機殼內(nèi)壁光滑平整能使出粉更流暢，更便利殼內(nèi)清洗工作。高速齒盤與活動牙齒
經(jīng)特種焊接，使活動牙齒堅固耐用安全可靠。本機符合藥品生產(chǎn)的“GMP"要求。
本機因高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，故高速齒盤經(jīng)平衡測試整機在正常使用過程中達(dá)到平穩(wěn)無震
動，高速齒盤與傳動軸連接采用鎖緊裝置
在使用中更可靠。
G F 3 0 B 2型是在G F 3 0 B機組的基礎(chǔ)上增加水冷卻裝置。

the impacting of movable and fixed gear disks that are rotated in high speed and then becomes the needed raw material through screen.
Its Pulverizer and duster are all made of qualified
stainless steel.Its inner wall of the housing is smooth
ａnd level being processed through superior technology. Therefore it can make the powder discharging more flowing and is benefit to the work of clean too.The gear disk of high speed and movable teeth are welded through special welding,it makes the teeth is durable,safety and reliable.The machine is in conformity with the requirements of "GMP".
