細(xì)胞因子受體的結(jié)構(gòu)和分類:根據(jù)細(xì)胞因子受體cDNA序列以及受體胞膜外區(qū)氨基酸序列的同源性和結(jié)構(gòu)征，可將細(xì)胞因子受體主要分為四種類型：免疫球蛋白超家族（IGSF）、造血細(xì)胞因子受體超家族、神經(jīng)生長(zhǎng)因子受體超家族和趨化因子受體。

Produced from sera of goats pre-immunized with highly pure （>98%） recombinant hEMAP-II. Anti-Human EMAP-II specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.

Application:

ELISA

Direct
To detect hEMAP-II by direct ELISA （using 100 μl/well antibody solution） a concentration of 0.25 – 1.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2 – 0.4 ng/well of recombinant hEMAP-II.

ELISA: Direct

Sandwich
To detect hEMAP-II by sandwich ELISA （using 100 μl/well antibody solution） a concentration of 0.25 – 1.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech’s Polyclonal Anti-Human EMAP-II （500-P172G） as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 – 0.4 ng/well of recombinant hEMAP-II.

Western Blot

To detect hEMAP-II by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant hEMAP-II is 1.5 - 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
