細(xì)胞因子受體的結(jié)構(gòu)和分類:根據(jù)細(xì)胞因子受體cDNA序列以及受體胞膜外區(qū)氨基酸序列的同源性和結(jié)構(gòu)征，可將細(xì)胞因子受體主要分為四種類型：免疫球蛋白超家族（IGSF）、造血細(xì)胞因子受體超家族、神經(jīng)生長因子受體超家族和趨化因子受體。

Description:
VEGF is a potent growth and angiogenic cytokine. It stimulates proliferation and survival of endothelial cells, and promotes angiogenesis and vascular permeability. Expressed in vascularized tissues, VEGF plays a prominent role in normal and pathological angiogenesis. Substantial evidence implicates VEGF in the induction of tumor metastasis and intra-ocular neovascular syndromes. VEGF signals through the three receptors; fms-like tyrosine kinase （flt-1）, KDR gene product （the murine homolog of KDR is the flk-1 gene product） and the flt4 gene product. Recombinant human VEGF is a 38.2 kDa disulfide-linked homodimeric protein consisting of two 165 amino acid polypeptide chains. Manufactured using all non-animal reagents.
