詳細介紹：熱風循環(huán)烘箱是我廠技術(shù)人員在原有的遠紅外干燥滅菌隧道烘箱的的基礎(chǔ)上，引進消化*進技術(shù)，為藥廠的水針、粉針流水線新近開發(fā)研究的產(chǎn)品，適用于各種規(guī)格的安瓿瓶、西林瓶及口服液易拉瓶等玻璃容器作干燥連續(xù)滅菌及去除熱源之用。是藥廠實施GMP改造*的干燥滅菌設(shè)備。
熱風循環(huán)烘箱特點：
外表采用不銹鋼30428亞光復(fù)膜板，內(nèi)層為不銹鋼316L。加熱段熱風循環(huán)、百級凈化層送風、設(shè)立CIP在位清洗系統(tǒng)、變頻調(diào)速電機驅(qū)動網(wǎng)帶、加熱元件采用雙孔鍍金石英管、人機界面觸摸屏程序控制，*符合GMP要求。
熱風循環(huán)烘箱工作原理：
在計算機系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控下，瓶子隨輸送帶的輸送依次進入隧道滅菌烘箱的熱區(qū)、高溫滅區(qū)（溫度≥350℃，滅菌時間≥5min）和低溫冷卻區(qū)。輸送帶速度無極可調(diào)。溫度監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設(shè)置無紙或有紙記錄。整個過程始終處于百級層流保護之下。
