詳細(xì)介紹：異形瓶瓶液體灌裝機(jī)采用負(fù)壓式。由于國(guó)產(chǎn)模制瓶容積差異大，相應(yīng)裝量差異也大；同時(shí)負(fù)壓式灌裝時(shí)須將瓶口倒置浸入液體內(nèi)，造成瓶頸瓶身粘液污染，達(dá)不到GMP要求，對(duì)此制藥廠家頭痛又無(wú)可奈何。

我廠成功解決了以上難題。我廠異形瓶灌裝機(jī)自動(dòng)進(jìn)瓶，經(jīng)定位器二次智能定位，確保灌裝噴管準(zhǔn)確插入瓶?jī)?nèi)，噴管在灌裝液體時(shí)慢慢上升，*消除泡沫。本機(jī)由于采用了扶助式定位裝置，對(duì)于不能直立的各種異形瓶尤為適用。本機(jī)灌裝精度達(dá)±0.5%，瓶口無(wú)粘液污染，*符合GMP要求。

異形瓶灌裝機(jī)適用瓶：圓形、方形、扁形、異形玻璃瓶和塑料瓶，特別適用于小口（1.5mm以上）、風(fēng)油精瓶、紅花油瓶、香精瓶、細(xì)長(zhǎng)瓶和各種不能直立的瓶型。
