詳細資料：工作程序為：輸瓶、擋瓶、計量灌裝；灌裝形式為四泵直線式，結構緊湊、生產效率高；采用氣缸擋瓶定位，動作靈敏可靠；采用計量泵消泡式壓力灌裝，噴嘴行程可調節(jié)，使產量顯著提高，并能有效地防止灌裝時泡沫的產生；灌裝容量無級調節(jié)，可灌裝20-1000ml，計量準確，計量誤差≤0.5%。灌液噴嘴設有防滴漏裝置，堆瓶、缺瓶能自動停機，保持全線動作協調。
