電動軋蓋機(jī)詳細(xì)介紹：

一、上臂的調(diào)整

該機(jī)可用于軋5-500ml的瓶子蓋，軋不同規(guī)格瓶子時，只要把該規(guī)格的瓶子放在托盤上，一手托住橫臂，另一只手?jǐn)Q松橫臂左邊的螺母，使橫臂下降或上升，直到軋蓋頭與瓶蓋約20毫米位置時，將螺母擰緊，再用隨機(jī)帶的內(nèi)六角扳手將托環(huán)緊靠橫臂后把托環(huán)鎖緊。（注）擰緊時注意軋蓋頭與瓶蓋位置對正。

二、V型支塊的調(diào)整

將瓶子放入下V型支型內(nèi)，將支塊上的兩個螺釘旋松，將瓶子和下V型塊一起移動，直到軋蓋頭與瓶蓋位置對正后，將V型塊上的兩個螺釘擰緊。

三、具體操作方法

1、把灌好液體并裝上蓋子的瓶子放到下托盤上，靠在V型支塊上，一手扶住瓶子，另一手將手柄朝后往下拉緊，這時托盤托著瓶子向上抬起，直到瓶蓋與軋蓋頭壓緊。

2、當(dāng)瓶蓋與軋蓋頭壓緊后，不停地旋轉(zhuǎn)的三把軋蓋刀頭旋轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)圈后，將瓶蓋軋緊。（注）電機(jī)必須順時針運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

3、將手柄朝前推，使軋好蓋的蓋子隨著托盤回到原位，整個操作過程完成，以后每軋一個瓶蓋時重復(fù)以上的操作即可。

四、軋蓋頭的調(diào)整

該機(jī)配有多個軋蓋頭，可根據(jù)不同瓶子蓋的大小來選擇上軋蓋頭。正式使用前可用瓶子試一下。

1、蓋子軋的不緊，可旋開軋蓋頭鎖緊螺母按逆時針方向旋出上軋蓋頭，然后鎖緊上固定螺母。

2、蓋子軋的太緊，有旋切瓶蓋現(xiàn)象?？尚_上軋蓋頭鎖緊螺母按順時針方向旋進(jìn)上軋蓋頭，然后鎖緊上固定螺母。

3、瓶蓋下沿收不緊，可根據(jù)實際情況適當(dāng)調(diào)小三個軋刀頭的偏心度。如收的太緊，有軋碎瓶子現(xiàn)象，可適當(dāng)調(diào)大三個軋刀頭的偏心度。
