主要用途

本設(shè)備適用于制藥、化工、食品、石油等行業(yè)，尤其適用熱敏性、高粘度物料的蒸發(fā)濃縮。亦可用于易氣泡、易結(jié)垢的物料。蒸發(fā)效率高。物料在受熱面被刮成極薄而均勻的膜狀。向下推動(dòng)快速蒸發(fā)，蒸發(fā)強(qiáng)度為100kg/h㎡（水）：蒸發(fā)速度快、物料在高心力作用下，在受熱面停留時(shí)間短，適宜處理熱敏性物料。

Main application

This machine is suitable for evapiraing and concentrating of thermal sensitive and high density material in pharmaceutical,chemical,food and petroleum industry.Also suitable for easy-foany,easy-foulding materials.High efficiency evapirator.Material can be scraped to be very thin filnm after heating and puah down to be evapirated and its 100kg/h㎡（water）.Fast evapirator.If material is in the condition of centrifugal piwer and short heating time,suitable for thermal sensitive materials.

在刮板作用下，有效防止結(jié)垢，結(jié)焦現(xiàn)象，適宜處理高粘底物料。設(shè)備上部設(shè)有除沫裝置，可有效防止泡沫夾帶，泛液現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生。結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，占地面積小，除沫器過(guò)濾區(qū)模壓成弄，圓滑過(guò)渡、*，材料均采用不銹鋼制造，內(nèi)外表面拋光，光潔度＜0.28μm、符合GMP要求。采用國(guó)內(nèi)的SEW減速電機(jī)、具有能耗低、性能優(yōu)、效率高、振動(dòng)小、噪音低、小巧精致等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。本設(shè)備為系列產(chǎn)品，傳動(dòng)減速機(jī)或皮帶，用戶可自行選型。
