【主要特點(diǎn)】
本機(jī)為間歇操作、程序控制的過濾式離心機(jī)，通過的PLC可編程控制器控制，采用變頻調(diào)速器和剎車制動單位以及液壓或氣壓件組合，單機(jī)或主控中心計(jì)算機(jī)聯(lián)網(wǎng)。
由液壓、電氣控制系統(tǒng)自動完成進(jìn)料、分離、洗滌、脫水、卸料等工序，可實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離操作，可廣泛應(yīng)用于含粒度0.05-0.15毫米固相顆粒的懸浮液分離。
無離合器，無剎車瓦，特別適宜熱敏感性強(qiáng)，不允許晶粒破碎，操作人員不宜接近的物料分離。適用于易燃易爆、有毒、易腐蝕的工業(yè)現(xiàn)場。

【工作原理】
平板式下卸料大翻蓋離心機(jī)以轉(zhuǎn)鼓為主件，將刮刀驅(qū)動，機(jī)械傳鈁，機(jī)殼等功能部件模塊化設(shè)計(jì)，使之可以實(shí)現(xiàn)多功能任意組合。刮刀驅(qū)動有液壓、氣動、手動等方式。變頻啟動，電動剎車停機(jī)。
電機(jī)通過皮帶傳動帶動轉(zhuǎn)鼓繞主軸軸心旋轉(zhuǎn)，形成離心力場。被分離的懸浮液從頂部加料管進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)鼓，落在布料盤上，在離心力的作用下，拋向轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁，液相經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上的濾網(wǎng)、濾孔拋向機(jī)殼空間，匯集在底盤內(nèi)，經(jīng)排液管排出，而固相存留在濾布的內(nèi)側(cè)。
若需洗滌，則洗滌水通過洗滌管加入洗滌。脫水完畢后，轉(zhuǎn)鼓低速轉(zhuǎn)動，刮刀將固相物刮下來，經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓底部出料口卸出。

除用途廣泛的潔凈型以外，可根據(jù)企業(yè)需求定制碳鋼型，襯塑型，襯PE型，鈦材型平板式離心機(jī)。

【Characteristics】

No clutch, no brake pad, especially suitable for separation of materials with strong thermal sensitivity, no grain breakage and unfavorable access for operators. It is fully applicable to industrial sites that are inflammable, explosive, toxic and corrosive.

【Applications】
Widely used in solid-liquid separation of suspension materials with granular solid phase.
For example, gypsum, oxalic acid, copper sulfate, potassium chloride, salt, monosodium glutamate, food additives, starch, silk sugar, chemical seasonings, antibiotics, vitamins, caffeine, sludge treatment, sewage treatment, etc.
In addition to general use, flat plate is especially suitable for solid-liquid separation of medium with high viscosity, toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive, etc.

【Standard manufacturing form】
Structure: The housing is equipped with flip cover, feed pipe, washing pipe, observation mirror, exhaust port and lighting hole. Closed structure, drum, shell, flip cover and other parts are made of stainless steel. The machine base and the like are cast pieces.
All fasteners are stainless steel.
