DHZ-680/880全自動(dòng)書型盒組裝機(jī)，是我公司研發(fā)一次成型高精度書型盒組裝機(jī)，主要用于手機(jī)盒以及手機(jī)鋼化膜的包裝盒、眼影盒、戒指盒和一些高檔禮品盒的組裝成型。

●機(jī)器使用簡(jiǎn)單、操作方便、性能穩(wěn)定、更換產(chǎn)品調(diào)試時(shí)間短、好學(xué)易懂,對(duì)操作人員要求不高。

◆的打膠配方可噴任意圖形,系統(tǒng)自帶記憶儲(chǔ)存功能,做過的產(chǎn)品可直接調(diào)取,對(duì)位即可

開機(jī),無需重新編輯打膠配方。

◆組裝速度快、定位準(zhǔn)、誤差范圍在+0.3mm , 平均時(shí)速可達(dá)600 ~ 2000個(gè)，深受國(guó)內(nèi)外客戶的。

◆為防止產(chǎn)品在高溫狀態(tài)下移位、開裂，可另配冷膠系統(tǒng),起到保質(zhì)保量的效果<熱膠定位,冷膠加固>。

◆對(duì)于- -些對(duì)稱型眼影盒產(chǎn)品及其他產(chǎn)品,可增加一把噴槍,采用雙槍頭，同時(shí)打膠定位,可大大提高效率。

◆本機(jī)的電氣系統(tǒng)全部采用統(tǒng)一進(jìn)口電氣,形成結(jié)合，使系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行更加穩(wěn)定、可靠。

◆The original gluing formula can be sprayed with arbitrary graphics, the system has memory storage function, the product can be directlyadjusted, can be turned on in place, without re- editing the gluing formula.

◆Fast assembling speed, accurate positioning, error range in (+0.3 mm), the average speed can reach 600-2000, well received by domesticａnd foreign customers.

◆In order to prevent the products from shifting and cracking at high temperature, a cold glue system can be added to ensure the quality andquantity of the products.

◆For some symmetrical eye shadow box products and other products, a spray gun can be added, with double guns head and glue location,which can greatly improve efficiency.

◆The electrical system of this machine adopts unified imported electrical, forming a perfect combination, so that the system runs morestable and reliable.
