本系列是我公司為滿足國內(nèi)外客戶需要而研制開發(fā)的新型智能型安瓿拉絲灌封機(jī)。本機(jī)器擁有新型安瓿拉絲灌封機(jī)的全部功能和特點(diǎn)。生產(chǎn)效率高，通用性強(qiáng)，調(diào)試方便、安全的機(jī)型。它除具備普通安瓿拉絲灌封機(jī)的一些特點(diǎn)外，如采用鏈條及巨形傳送安瓿，可以在不停機(jī)的狀態(tài)下停止輸送安瓿等外，還采用變頻和蠕動(dòng)泵及PLG觸摸屏智能化控制系統(tǒng)，可以很方便的根據(jù)所灌產(chǎn)品的性能控制和了解整機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度及灌裝量，全套控制系統(tǒng)主件采用進(jìn)口配置，穩(wěn)定可靠;另外，還提高了整機(jī)的通用性，只需更換很少的配件即可方便地實(shí)現(xiàn)1-5ml、1-10ml安瓿的灌封;本產(chǎn)品灌裝工位設(shè)有多個(gè)灌裝頭，可滿足充壓縮空氣及前后充氮要求，在設(shè)計(jì)上盡可能采用不銹鋼零件、滾動(dòng)軸承和滑動(dòng)軸承及直線導(dǎo)軌，改善了運(yùn)動(dòng)狀況，減少零件的磨損，提高了精度和壽命;整機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)進(jìn)出瓶平穩(wěn)，成品合格率高;本產(chǎn)品還可根據(jù)客戶的要求配百級(jí)層流罩，廣泛應(yīng)用于醫(yī)藥、保健品、化妝品及科研部門標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)的灌封。
