本機是以全新理念設計的新一代數(shù)片機，與傳統(tǒng)機型相比，具有噪聲低，篩動頻率與篩動幅度可調，易維護等優(yōu)點。另外，將LOGO控制線路和氣動元件及變頻器合理組合，調整控制非常方便，能對球形丸狀、軟、硬膠囊或片狀物品進行自動記數(shù)和灌裝。用戶可根據(jù)自己產品的不同規(guī)格進行不同的工作狀態(tài)設定，包括進瓶、篩動及輸送速度的調整，以保證整機工作的協(xié)調，完成整個數(shù)粒工序。
This me is a new generation counter that is designed with brａnd new concept.Compared with traditional machine,it has the advantages such as low noise,flexible frequency and amplitude of moving screen,ａnd easy maintenance.Furthermore,this machine combines LOGO control line,pneumatic elements and frequency converter rationally for a very easy control and adjustment.So it can perform automatic counting and filling of pills,soft or hard capsules or flaky materials.User can set different working status:including bottle feeding,moving screen,ａnd adjustment of conveying speed,based on various specifications of its products in order to ensure the coordination of the whole machine and complete the entire counting process.
