1.水泵可采用立式和臥式安裝，但出口需要始終位于zui高點(diǎn)

   Pump can be used in vertical or horizontal position with discharge

   port as highest point of the pump.

2. 固定安裝時(shí)，建議在出口端安裝一個(gè)活絡(luò)接頭、一個(gè)止回閥和一個(gè)隔離閥。

  For permanent installation,it is recommended to fit a union ,a non-return valve

    and an isolating valve in discharge pipe.

3.用作便攜泵的水泵的電源電纜中間不能有接頭,必須接地

    No terminal on the power cable, should be connected to earth.

4. 放置水泵時(shí)，應(yīng)使泵的吸水口濾網(wǎng)不被淤泥或者類似物質(zhì)堵塞或者部分堵塞

  Position the pump so that the suction strainer will not be blocked or partly

    blocked by sludge, mud or similar material.

5.絕不能用電源線起吊水泵 ,水泵絕不能吊掛安裝在出水管上

  Do not lift the pump by means of the pump’s cable.

6.安裝水泵的電路上必須帶有漏電斷路器

   Pump installation must be fitted with an earth leakage circuit breaker

7.單相泵上裝有熱過載保護(hù)，無需額外的馬達(dá)保護(hù)

（ 因故障不解除,泵冷卻后還會啟動,重復(fù)運(yùn)行,水泵將會燒毀 ）

Single-phase pumps incorporate thermal overload protection and require no

 additional motor protection.

8.三相水泵必須連接外部啟動器 ,安裝保護(hù)裝置

  Three-phase pumps must be connected to an external motor starter.

9. 調(diào)節(jié)液位器的合理長度，停機(jī)液位必須位于吸水口濾網(wǎng)以上，以防止水泵吸

    入空氣。

    Adjust level switch reasonable, make sure pump stop on above suction

    strainer  to protect air in suction.

。常見故障/Fault Finding

水泵不能出水或只能在低于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流量處運(yùn)行 Pump runs but gives no water or insufficient water

啟動時(shí)電機(jī)不轉(zhuǎn)Motor can’t run when pump start-up                    

水泵運(yùn)行中應(yīng)注意事項(xiàng)/ Running condition
   1檢查水泵的出水狀況/ Check the flow amount
   2檢查水泵是否有異常的噪音和振動/Unnecessary vibration and sound
   3檢查工作電流是否在額定電流范圍內(nèi)/Check the running current
   4確保水位高于泵的吸入口/ Make sure liquid level is above the suction
   5輸送介質(zhì)/ Pumped liquid
