2.Captured Bevacizumab (IgG1) on proA Chip can bind Human FcγRIIIA / CD16a (F176) recombinant protein (Cat. 10389-H08H ) with an affinity constant of 2.67 µM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routinely tested).
3.Recombinant Human CD16a/FCGR3A/Fc gamma RIIIA Protein (176F), His Tag (Cat. No. 10389-H08H) captured on CM5 Chip via Anti-his antibody chip, can bind Rituximab derived Anti-CD20 antibody, Human IgG1 with an affinity constant of 0.499 µM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore T200) (QC tested).

The molecular weight of this protein is around 36-48 kDa verified by SEC-MALS (Routinely tested).
